We’re in the middle part of 2016 with it’s cool winter weather and shorter days, but there are still lots and lots of great treats for all movie aficionados out there. Let’s not beat around the bush and have a look at the best of the movies coming our way for the rest of this year.
Ice Age: Collision Course DVD

Scrat’s perpetual acorn-chasing suddenly leads him to a literal out-of-this-world trek, which results in some events which might change the face of the Earth! Join Diego, Sid, Manny, and all our animal friends in their feat as they travel to new lands while interacting with interesting new characters.
This movie features the voices of Ray Romano, Denis Leary, John Leguizamo, Queen Latifah, Jennifer Lopez, and Seann William Scott.
Ghostbusters DVD
Who you gonna call?
After 30 years, Ghostbusters is coming back to the big screen. Indulge in heaps of phantoms, a new villain, lots of laughter, and exciting adventure. Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig, and Leslie Jones are the new Ghostbusters who are sure to take the bad guys—er ghosts, down. Chris Hemsworth joins them as Ghostbusters’ receptionist.
The Nice Guys DVD
Let’s dig into the circumstances and the conspiracies surrounding the probably suicide of a porn star in the 1970s in Los Angeles. Bringing you action on the big screen are renowned actors Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe in this engaging mystery crime thriller of a great movie. They’re a nice duo to hang out with this year!
X-Men: Apocalypse DVD
Many a faithful X-men fan remembers Apocalypse as the first mutant and a dreadful villain in the X-men franchise. Apocalypse comes back from hibernation in this year’s X-men movie. Of course, given the way the world looks, he will try to use his terrible power to destroy humanity and change the world according to his own preference. But it’s not gonna happen. The X-men, led by Charles Xavier and Raven, will ultimately prove that they will come to save the day.
This movie is directed by Bryan Singer, and stars Sophie Turner, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Oscar Isaac, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, Olivia Munn, Tye Sheridan, and Lucas Till.
Alice Through The Looking Glass DVD
Welcome back to Wonderland for this new Disney DVD for this new magical movie starring Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter. Alice, portrayed by Mia Wasikowska, gains entrance back to this fantastical world through the Looking Glass to save the Mad Hatter in time. Also starring in this movie are Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Sacha Baron Cohen, and features the voices of Stephen Fry, Michael Sheen, Timothy Spall, John Sessions, Barbara Windsor, Paul Whitehouse, Toby Jones, and the late Alan Rickman in one of his final roles.
Bad Neighbors 2 DVD
A new batch of neighbors, in the form of the sorority Kappa Kappa Nu, moves in next door and brings in more chaos than the fraternity before them. Joining forces to fight off these sorority sisters are Mac and Kelly Radner, and former adversary, Teddy.
Starring in this ultimately funny movie are Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, Zac Efron, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Selena Gomez.
Star Trek Beyond DVD
This sci-fi movie is sure to bring you into another out-of-this-world escapade. The USS Enterprise travels to unknown territories while in their five-year duty. Things go wrong, and Kirk and his squad must survive despite the lack of resources and communication. Getting back to Earth is something every Star Trek fan should watch out for.

Finding Dory DVD
The Finding Dory DVD is the sequel to the mega popular Finding Nemo. Explore underwater again with Dory, the amnesiac blue tang, who travels back home with her friends Nemo and Marlin, to look for her family. Along the way, she meets other new characters and lessons about what a real family is about.
Featured in this movie are the voices of Ellen DeGeneres as Dory, Hayden Rolence as Nemo, and Albert Brooks as Marlin.
Midnight Special DVD
This sci-fi drama film stars Michael Shannon, Kirsten Dunst, Joel Edgerton, Jaeden Lieberher, and Adam Diver.
